Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Applied Sensor Co., LLC product for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and materials included, without signs of use or wear.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- We strive for processing refunds within 5-10 business days of approval, but may take longer depending on your payment provider.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item(s) was received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@asc.com and we will provide instructions for returning the defective item (e.g., manufacturing defects, damages during shipping).
